| Description | Purple glass vessel with some iridescence. Footed base. Vertical foot with rounded edges, deeply concave with pontil mark on bottom of vessel. Body bulbous at bottom, but 1/3 up is pinched slightly, and narrows to form a tapered neck. Rim is wide and flares out. Edge of rim rounded by folding over. Decorated by a thread of same colored glass which forms a zigzag between neck and rim. Thread ends by wrapping twice around neck. |
