| Description | Miniature kalathos with concave profile, flat rim, and two small handles beneath the rim. Fine, pink (7.5 YR 7-8/4) clay, covered with black paint, with decoration in added white paint. Wheelmade. Completely dark painted. Added white: traces. Intact except for one handle; surface eroded. Comments: MMIII-LMIA. A miniature version of the late Middle Minoan to Late Minoan I kalathos. See 441 (MS4606). |
