| Description | Dark yellow wood, long; butt end shouldered, then tapered. May have had iron butt piece; split in shaft improved into oblong groove; round edged cubical standard banded by a horizontal ridge set off by grooves, a tesselated ridge above. A "sitting on air" human figure, well carved stands on the upper surface; figure lacks conventional "anito ears, but an attempted naturalistic ear is apparent on left; right is confused. |
