| Description | Pilgrim flask. Dark reddish brown pottery copy of metal pilgrim flask. One side with ancient magic diagram like that on themetal flasks; the other side inspired by toad jar, the 'backbone', which rises slightly above the vessel rim, forming a drinking spout so that it is unnecessary to remove the stopper. Two pierced lugs on sides for carrying cords. |
