| Description | Within a frame consisting of a single line of black tesserae is a plant with two leaves and a single flower bud (like a closed tulip). The stem and leaves are in black tesserae, the bud in red. Background in white tesserae. Tesserae irregularly cut, ca. 1.0 to 1.5 cm. square. Set in plaster in metal frame. |
