Description

One of a series of woodblock prints with color depicting the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895. This print shows Japanese soldiers in white firing cannons at the Battle of Seonghwan. There are inscriptions in red in the margins and a seal and signature for the artist Yukawa Hiromitsu.
