| Description | Half-length figure of a girl carved in one piece with a shallow bowl from which the torso rises. The head is of the general type of the Bondo masks. The coiffure consists mainly of a triple crest flanked by two lobes. Round the base of this upper portion of the coiffure are looped two narrow strips of aluminum, meeting in front and behind. There are 3 uninterrupted "neck rings" (see 37-22-268). the arms are bent at the elbow, the hands (four-fingered) held against the midriff. Two trianglar pieces of aluminum are tied to the perforated ear lobes. A crescent-shaped piece of the same metal is fastened between the breasts. |
