| Description | Muzzle loading Musket/Long Rifle - "Kabyle Camel gun" / "Makhala" or "Mekhala". Long narrow steel barrel, covered with two pieces of wood held by engraved silver barrel rings. Steel ramrod in place under barrel. Steel snaphaunce firing mechanism - flint in place. "Altit" style stock with silver and bone/ivory ornamentation. Metal beads on shaft. |
