| Description | Painted wooden shabti inscribed: Of the Lady Maya. The figure is mummiform and brightly painted. She wears a long heavy wig and an elaborate broad collar. There are nine lines of inscription on the front of the figure. The glyphs are painted black on a yellow background and the lines separating the text are red. A basket is on her back. In each hand, she holds an object, perhaps an amulet. |
