| Description | Pottery: red-white-black. In the shape of a fish. Wide cylindrical neck. Narrow-necked jar/bottle with an effigy-zoomorphic body, cylindrical neck, rounded rim, no handles, and a flat base. The vessel is shaped like a fish and is painted white with horizontal and vertical lines in black. There appears to be a smoothed finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange in color. Fireclouding is present on the body. The catalogue number is written on the bottom of the base and black ink on the bottom of the base reads: "2111." |
