| Description | Red ware; red and white paint. Flanged flat base; modified ovoid body, surmounted by the figure of a warrior, seated on a raft upheld by floats and guided by four attendants, swimming with floats. Warrior wears shirt; helmet with two discs and crescentic axe-blade; beaked mask; large ear-discs; bead necklace. He carries square shield and war-club. The body of the vessel bears genre painting of fish, crabs, etx. Stirrup spout. |
