Description

A Japanese hansatsu 藩札 (clan note) issued in the Tawaramoto domain (田原本) in Washu (和州) also known as Yamato province, present day Nara Prefecture. The denomination is one monme of silver (銀壹匁). It is dated to November of 1808 CE (文化五戊辰年十一月 bunka fifth year tsuchinoe tatsu eleventh month).
