| Description | Probably half of the original piece. Wide black border on three sides and a long narrow black rectangle at centre of cut side. Balance of surface natural cream with all-over fine-line and solid designs in black and brown in concentric bands (3 sides): triple band of geometric figures; fine checks with diamonds of dots; geometric figures; groups of fine lines with large dots; bands of stepped heavy lines on fine lines with X's of dots. Reverse brown. |
