| Description | Red background plain weave cotton cloth; three different color groupings of stripes run laterally along shawl parallel to selvedge edge. Groupings alternate green-orange-greenblue-white-blue green-orange green, blue-white-blue; green-yellow-green; two breadths of material sewn together by machine; decorative multicolored silk and wool embroidered borders at both ends; loose warp threads knotted and fringed at each end. |
