| Description | Three panels joined; each with four selvedges; neck not cut out. Dark blue ground with rows of animal, stars and diamond motifs. Red, blue, green, yellow and white weft brocading. As per Sigrid Meier (1997), "Warp: 24 epi three singles Z-twist dark blue cotton Weft: 26 ppi two singles Z-twist dark blue cotton. Supplementary weft: two-faced. Made on backstrap loom." |
