Fragmentary; with face molded on neck. Two loop handles

Face-neck vessel. Narrow-necked jar/bottle with an lentoid body, cylindrical neck, missing rim, 2 strap handles on the body, and a flat base. The vessel has a modeled face on the neck with ear spools, eyes, nose, and mouth. The neck is decorated with a repeated circular incised dots made with a stamping tool. There appears to be a burnished finish on the exterior and a scraped finish on the interior. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange and buff in color. there is a pinched unfinished closing at the interior of the body. The catalogue number is written on the interior of the vessel and black ink on the interior of vessel reads: "673."
