| Description | Skirt. Two widths of harsh dark blue cotton divided into large squares by narrow red-white-green bands; one width of dark blue drill. Casing at waist through which a chenille cord has been drawn. Lower edge faced (on the outside) with red cotton on which is sewed a gold metallic band between two bands of bright blue braid. |
