Fringed, padded, sewed up with fiber cord

Plain weave cotton pouch with long twisted fringe, header cords bound with additional cord in braided like pattern to make a strap. Running stitch along top, bottom, and sides of pouch. Measurements to not include header cords. Color(s): white.
