| Description | The head intact, with green patina; the back partly finished, partly broken off wheresome attachment (not a neck) once was. The serpent's head was thus an ornament, possibly the end of a handle, on some bronze vessel. Mouth open; lower jaw unfinished underneath. Grooved eyes; raised wavy lines on top and sides of head. |
