| Description | Complete except for a small fr. of wall and chips of lip. Pinkish buff clay. Smeary black glaze, partly fired red. Resting surface wheel-grooved through glaze. Inner edge of foot glazed. Bottom within foot reserved and wheel painted with a central broad band and an outer line in glaze. Otherwise fully glazed. Profile of foot wheel-grooved. Broad wheel grooving on body. Neck concave in profile, lip flaring. Vertical handles attached on lower lip and juncture of body and neck; on each a spur above and below. |
