| Description | Head and torso of a Yakshini. Heavy earings, halo. Creamy sandstone; very high relief. Hair drawn back from forehead in a puff with a chain and star ornament in the front of the puff. Hair at sides drawn flat down toward ears; heavy earrings. On the flat background there seems to be a kind of halo with points engraved behind her head. |
