| Description | A coin sword made of coins from the Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty. Most of the coins have 乾隆通寶 Qian Long Tong Bao on the obverse and Manchu characters on the reverse. Some of them have 嘉慶通寶 Jia Qing Tong Bao on the obverse. The sword is tied together with red and undyed string. There are six coins hanging from the bottom of the sword and broken string that may have held more. One of the coins in the middle of the sword has small holes punched through it. The top is missing a portion of coins which reveals the metal bar to which they are attached. There are a few loose coins as well. |
