| Description | Tube of very thin gold (?), originally closed at both ends. Wider end (facing forwards when worn) is a raised rosette decorated with a red stone in the center, surrounded by a circle of six smaller grey/white stones and incised concentric circles. Filled with a brittle black substance (hardened resin?), now broken into fragments (possibly for reinforcement). Somewhat dented and misshapen, both ends detached. Worn by young girls performing legong, a traditional form of royal court dance. |
