| Description | A flat doll of a Korean woman from the middle or upper class during the late 19th and early 20th century wearing outdoor clothing. The woman has on a jang-ot (Korean: 장옷) which covers her head. The doll is made of a thin board covered with cloth and cut and folded to represent a Korean costume. The silk face has featrues drawn in black and red ink. 30-21-48 and 30-21-49 are a pair. |
