| Description | Piece of well preserved cotton cloth. Plain (checkerboard) weave, 20 wefts and 26 warps to the inch, the wefts slightly heavier, edged with a pair of heavier threads. Plain white with eight bands of brown-dyed weft at the middle. Found wrapped in 29-43-183, 4 ft. below surface of cave. |
