| Description | Water Action Scene. Red ware; red and white paint. Low annular base; modified ovoid body. Figures on top represent a man in elaborate tunic and helmet with half-disc and mushroom-knob, about to lift the cover from a large jar. On shoulder of vessel a man and a lizard partly in high, partly in low relief. Around equator two monster fishes in low relief, painted; others painted below. Stirrup spout. |
