| Description | Bird stands facing to left, one leg straight, the other forward, bent, head part way down pecking; within frame, preserved except at upper right and lower left corners, of single line of black tesserae. Wing and outline of bird black; legs, beak and eye red. Some yellow tesserae along inside of outline, white elsewhere. Background in white tesserae. Tesserae irregularly cut. Fragments set in plaster in black metal frame. |
