| Description | An ornament or amulet made of Chinese coins from the Qianlong and Jiaqing dynasties. The main design is that of a lantern which has a metal wire attachment wrapped in string. Most of the string is undyed except for some blue string on the rim of the lantern. Hanging from the lantern are more coins strung together. This likely belonged to a larger amulet made of coins, possibly 29-164-9. |
