| Description | Of short black feathers on woven backing of heavy cotton [?] cord, with 3 plaited cords at each end. From center hang 4 long strings of small feathers, 2 red, 2 black, with bunch of yellow feathers at attachment base. Also short bunches of feathers, black tipped with red, at sides. |
