| Description | Woodblock print of battle from the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-5. Japanese soldiers in black Western-style uniforms fighting Chinese troops at a bridge over the Taedong River. In the upper right hand corner in Japanese character the title is given: "Fierce Battle at Pyongyang: Great Japanese Victory" and in the opposite corner the name of the artist and publisher is given. Triptych with three sheets of paper glued together. |
