| Description | Hair band of red, plain weave cotton with white stripes parallel to each selvedge. Both ends are finished with a red, green and yellow triangular forms. Large, red, green and yellow cotton thread tassels attached to each corner of the triangle. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 80 epi, two singles, Z twist, red and white cotton. Weft: 14 ppi, two singles, Z twist, red cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Needle looping at ends. Woven on a backstrap loom." |
