| Description | Intact save for chips from edge of lip. Flat bottom; nearly spherical body; very constricted short neck; flaring above to form lip (round in plan?); strap handle attached just above point of gtst. circumference and at lip. Bottom unglazed; smeary glaze on lower wall; 5 simple hatched triangles, points up, on upper wall, set on irregular glaze ground line. On outer handle a possible design representing a human figure; horizontal lines above and below it. |
