| Description | Two circular wooden frames, seperated by six short pieces of wood, tied to each frames by thread; long slat in back extends above top frame and supports long curving pieces attached to long front slat which is topped with rounded knob and white feathers; feathers also on piece going across top; painted with red and blue stripes. |
